At Vacu Vin, we want you to be completely satisfied with your wine and bar accessories. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
